2.Inspection schedule definition

Based on the property and your needs, we define a clear inspection rhythm.

Inspections can be:

  • Monthly

  • Bi-monthly

  • Seasonal

  • Or adapted to your absence periods

There is no “one-size-fits-all” model.

3. Ongoing monitoring & documentation

Each inspection follows a structured process:

  • Visual condition checks of key areas

  • Detection of anomalies or early signs of risk

  • Verification of access, security and utilities

After each visit, you receive:

  • A written inspection report

  • Photo documentation

  • Clear observations, without technical noise

Everything is documented. Nothing is assumed.

4. Incident detection & coordination

If an issue is detected:

  • You are informed immediately

  • We explain the situation clearly

  • We coordinate the appropriate intervention if required

We do not replace suppliers.
We supervise and coordinate them independently.

You stay informed.
